The four existing levels

will become two

The change is happening gradually but will be live February 2026.

Included are six portfolios.

Each portfolio gets an individual partner index score.

your score is based on four Value Index categories.

How the scoring works

Each category is scored

1-10

you'll achieve Partner status at

1.0

Once a partner has a score of

5.0

extra benefits are unlocked, such as partner rebates

If your score ends up more than

7.5

you achieve Preferred Partner status. This score means you’re eligible for maximum rebate and the biggest discounts.

How it all fits together

Cisco 360 Partner Program

“This new program is for partners, focusing on their long-term success. With new tools, incentives, and streamlined processes, you’ll get earlier access to data, deeper involvement in the sales cycle, and more tailored benefits based on the value you deliver for your customers.”

Elisabeth De Dobbeleer

Senior Vice President, Cisco Partner Program

“The Cisco 360 Partner Program is a game-changer. It levels the playing field, giving smaller, dedicated partners the edge to compete with the big players through specialisation and expertise. At Comstor, we know this evolution brings new opportunities—and challenges—but that’s where we come in. We understand the program inside out and are here to guide you every step of the way. After all, Partner Success is what we do.”

The timeline

The new Cisco 360 Partner Program launches on February 1, 2026.

We’ll be providing training and enablement to help make the transition smooth. This timeline shows when each portfolio’s index score will become visible in PXP. They don't count until the launch of the program though.
