Three Provider partnership levels provide a unique approach to distinguish and reward your managed services investment and expertise in the market.

Select

For partners offering managed services based on Cisco technology such as Meraki, Enterprise Networking, Collaboration or Security.

Premier

For partners who have invested in building a managed services offer from at least one Cisco Powered Service.

Gold

For partners building a customer success practice and offering at least three managed service offers based on Cisco Powered Services, including one strategic offer.

For partners offering managed services based on Cisco technology such as Meraki, Enterprise Networking, Collaboration, or Security.

Requirements

Managed Service Practice with processes and tools defined, a minimum one Cisco technology-based managed service (Meraki, Security, Collaboration or EN).

Premier Provider

For partners who have invested in building a managed services offer from at least one Cisco Powered Service.

Requirements

1 x ITIL Foundation certification (v3 or higher), One Cisco managed service practice lead, a NOC, a Minimum of 1 Cisco Powered Service.

2 x ITIL Foundation certification (v3 or higher), a NOC. Minimum three Cisco Powered Services including at least one from a list of strategic Cisco Powered services, Customer Experience or Advanced Customer Experience Specialisation.
