Requirements
Managed Service Practice with processes and tools defined, a minimum one Cisco technology-based managed service (Meraki, Security, Collaboration or EN).

Premier Provider
For partners who have invested in building a managed services offer from at least one Cisco Powered Service.
Requirements
1 x ITIL Foundation certification (v3 or higher), One Cisco managed service practice lead, a NOC, a Minimum of 1 Cisco Powered Service.
