We have several initiatives underway for FY24. We’re preparing to launch a global data protection course to all employees, which will be included in our induction training curriculum. We’re also introducing security awareness training to all Finance colleagues in EMEA and APAC given their higher risk for social engineering and phishing attacks.
Currently, we’re creating a detailed human rights audit of our top seven stock vendors, which we will use to develop insight into their supply chain. We hope to send this out at the end of 2023. As well as this, we’re updating the onboarding processes for nonstock suppliers to include confirmation of their adherence to the Responsible Business Alliance Code of Conduct.
Additionally, we will be expanding the scope of our digital incident and accident reporting system to the rest of the business to ensure it has a comprehensive, global view.
We will also be launching a new register for gifts, hospitality, and entertainment – both given and received.
