Message from the CEO
Responsible Business is about how we can contribute to improving the environment, society, and the economy in everything that we do. We believe that includes areas such as tackling climate change, narrowing the skills gap, championing inclusion, as well as a number of other initiatives. Being a Responsible Business guides us to improve our social consciousness and protect the world around us.
As we continue our Responsible Business journey, we are committed to releasing regular reports to ensure transparency and to aid our partners’ efforts in supporting this critical series of actions. This report, our first, reviews some of the activities and initiatives we undertook between March and September 2022.

We believe that being a Responsible Business is not just the right thing to do, it is also a business imperative. The IT industry is a major consumer of energy, and IT operations are set to account for 21% of global electricity consumption by 2030.
IT organisations are under pressure to identify strategies that reduce that impact.
Responsible Business is also important to our partner ecosystem. Our vendors and reseller partners share the same pressures, and ambitions, to do the right thing. By aligning our principles and standards, we can continue doing what we do best: delivering Partner Success.
We approach Responsible Business through three pillars: People, Planet, and Communities. Our ESG and DEI strategies power these pillars to help us meet our goals and take bold strides in improving our world.
We are fully committed to a long-term Responsible Business strategy, and it is part of our mid-term plan. I hope this report informs and inspires others to put Responsible Business at the top of their agenda too."
