Supporting our employees’ wellbeing is not only a reflection of our care for our people – it’s a strategic investment in the long-term success and happiness of our workforce.
Our wellbeing vision enables us to support our employees’ health and talent outcomes in many ways, and it’s centred around caring for our people’s physical, mental and emotional, community, social, and financial wellbeing.
Mental health awareness is now a year-round focus, with regular communications and events including mindfulness and yoga sessions, support, advice, and tips.

Work-life balance
As part of creating an inclusive culture, we ensure a family-friendly working environment and work-life balance.
Kindergarten for our employees In 2021, we began a ‘Places in Kindergarten’ project that offered four kindergarten spaces to our employees in France.
By September 2022, we had three children enrolled onto the programme and attending daycare, and the contract with the daycare centre is set to continue until 2024.
Lactation room In our Kenya office, we furnished a lactation room to provide a space for team members to nurse their newborn babies in a comfortable, private area. In doing so, we can accommodate nursing parents working from the office.
Sinterklaas celebrations Our Netherlands office holds a special annual Sinterklaas celebration for our employees’ children, where they are gifted sweets and presents.
