Training
This year, we continued our focus on employee development through training programmes, coaching, and leadership development, embracing virtual training as an effective delivery method.
We spent close to USD $1 million on training design, delivery, and system maintenance in FY23, and we delivered over 6,000 days of centrally managed training to employees across all regions.
We also made ESG training a mandatory module for all employees and added unconscious bias and cybersecurity to our onboarding curriculum.
Individuals are encouraged to use our Percipio training platform (available globally) to find and upskill with courses of their choice.
