Diversity data and reporting are top priorities for FY24. This includes building an environment of trust for collecting diversity data and providing clear communications on how it will be used.
We’re also looking to produce diversity reports in the regions where we have captured data, and to monitor trends and progress.
While many of our health and wellbeing initiatives will remain, we also intend to expand on these activities.
We’re currently exploring plans for a health and fitness month in the Middle East, financial wellbeing workshops in APAC, a review of family leave policies in the UK, and the introduction of Mental Health First Aiders.
