Cisco 360 Program

The Cisco 360 Partner Program is a significant overhaul of Cisco's traditional partner programs.

Here are some key differences and comparisons:

Simplification:

Cisco 360 aims to simplify the complex structure of previous programs by consolidating various incentive and rebate programs, such as VIP and Perform Plus, into a single structure called Cisco Partner Incentive (CPI).

Focus on Value:

Unlike older programs that focused on large transactions, Cisco 360 emphasises the value partners bring to customers. This shift is designed to attract more Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs).

Investment in Training:

Cisco 360 includes a substantial $80 million investment in partner training and skill development. This investment supports initiatives like all-access Cisco U. subscriptions and quarterly training events focusing on AI, security, and networking.

Transition Period:

The rollout of Cisco 360 will be gradual, with a 15-month transition period leading up to its full implementation in February 2026. This approach ensures that partners and distributors are well-informed and supported throughout the transition.

Integration with Splunk:

The Cisco 360 program will also integrate the Splunk Partnerverse program, reflecting Cisco's broader strategy to create a unified partner ecosystem.

Overall, Cisco 360 represents a strategic shift in how Cisco and its partners create and deliver value, focusing on modernizing infrastructure, powering AI workloads, and ensuring security and resilience.
