Services Partner Value Index

The Black Belt Certified metric is transitioning to a new logic and will not be scored in the May release of the Partner Value Index for Services. As a result, it has been temporarily assigned a value of 0. The updated metric and scoring will be available in PXP starting June, and the final index calculation will reflect this change. This interim release is intended to help partners understand the updated category weightings.

These are the current category weights according to the latest release from Cisco.

Services Value Index (weighted average)

Each category, such as foundational, capabilities, performance and engagement, is given a weight. Additional metrics are weighted within each category.

After calculating individual points against each of these metrics, Cisco calculates the overall value index, which is a weighted average of all these points.
