Collaboration Partner Value Index

The Collaboration Partner Value Index was released in April 2025 and is available in PXP. These are the components that make up the index, the weight they carry towards scoring and what impacts that score.

Collaboration Partner value Index (weighted average)

Each category, such as foundational, capabilities, performance and engagement, is given a weight. Additional metrics are weighted within each category.

After calculating individual points against each of these metrics, Cisco calculates the overall value index, which is a weighted average of all these points.
